I am passionate about the human brain and human behavior. I want to know why people respond or even predicate how i think they will react to a certain situation. I also am excited to be able to learn more and nutrition and how food can affect your energy and mood.
I had science as one of my previously courses and the way I think it helps me is that we can study exactly why people do what they do.
Additional topics I would love to learn are theater, music performance, and marine biology.
Different people I admire are Dr. Phil. He has a show and he talks about mental health issues and has different cases. I also admire Ryan Haddon. She is a Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Spiritual Mentor & Meditation Teacher. She is always there for advice and is a very good listener.
Mental health comes first. It's critical because if you're not well, you'll end up doing something without common sense, or your energy, mood, behavior might be negatively affected. I focus on my work by surrounding myself with a quiet environment telling myself I won't be distracted, and take walks when I feel that I need to stretch my legs.
The way I see physical fitness is I think it's important. Despite my love of weightlifting, I detest cardio. I believe that exercise helps your mood and confidence. In the short term run, you'll feel good about working out and in the long-term run you'll see a difference in your body and you'll overall have a good frame of mind. I workout out at least four times a week but intense. I've been working out since the start of 2020 so working out isn't going to be a problem here.
I think it is very cool that you are interested in the human brain and how it works ,also i agree with you when you said "if you're not well, you'll end up doing something without common sense, or your energy, mood, behavior might be negatively affected" , I also agree with what you said about how working out will help you both in the short and long run. I myself just started working out so while reading your essay i am wondering what motivates you to work out and what workouts are your favorite and which do you despise. Overall i loved your blog post
ReplyDeleteI would too always look for motivation in the beginning, like why should I torture myself😒, right?!!? but then i realized that if you have discipline you wont ever need motivation because the results would follow and you'll feel more happy.
DeleteReally great don't change a thing. Best one I seen so far.
