"I am beginning a learning journey. Along the way, I'm going to have to use what I've learned throughout my life. Learning is supposed to be the focus of school, so I'll begin with the courses I took last semester. They're not exactly connected with my Key Interest, which is baking, human behavior, and nutrition, but I'm making connections as I go. For example, physical duction is a required class I am taking and I believe nutrition plays a huge role in that. A way I can connect baking and science is I can learn about changes to a recipe such as what a chemical response might be to adding too much salt might be. I can learn about the history of human behavior and examine historical events and evaluating what might have caused a person to act in such a way.
